05-18-2017 (Thursday) The Greek Tour

Abigail goes to see Dario; he tells her he has a possible buyer for the Club.  She tells him she has thought about his proposal and has changed her answer to a “definite maybe.”  He gets excited and she tells him she hasn’t said yes yet; he gets a call from someone in Puerto Rico.  He asks them to tell him “that isn’t true.”  He tells Abby that a drug lord he caused to lose a lot of money is waiting for his return to Mexico.  Abby tells him she will be back to give him her final answer soon; she leaves.

Lucas and Adrian have Arianna; they run into Rafe in the square.  Chloe approaches and Rafe quickly excuses himself; she says every in this town hates her.  Lucas tells her it’s her own fault; he tells Chloe that she knows Nicole was a good mother and this whole mess is her fault… he says if Brady dies that will be her fault too.  She argues that they should be held accountable for their stupid decision to go on the run; he says she forced them to.  Adrian comes back and tells them to stop arguing; Chloe storms off.  She goes into the Club where she ends up talking with Dario; they seem to hit it off and he suggests she stay in town, offering her a job as a singer to entice her.  She accepts.  Abby talks to Adrian for a minute and then leaves.

After taking Ari to school, Lucas and Adrian get a room; he tells her he doesn’t want to pressure her, because he knows she’s still healing…but wants to let her know that he wants her more than ever.  She smiles.  She tells him she wants to be with him again more than he can know, but she isn’t used to her new body; she begins to cry.  Lucas tells her he will wait as long as she needs; they kiss.  Rafe talks to his brother and Dario tells him about the immigration issue; Rafe says he’ll make some calls.  Dario says he’s done enough; he tells Rafe he is going to fix this himself.  Abby comes back and tells Dario that she will marry him; at least she’s willing to give it a try, she says.

Gabi is back on the Kariakis plane; JJ tells her he has another flight back home for her.  She gets mad that he is trying to tell her what to do and runs off the plane again; Eli tells JJ that he just sent her running straight into Chad’s arms.  Hope and Chad have coffee; he lies to her about having the amulet.  She tells him she just doesn’t want to see him get hurt; he says he knows who he is and what he wants, with or without Abigail.  Gabi happens to show up at the table at that moment.  She tells Hope what she and the others are doing here; Hope says she is going to go see if she can help.  She mentions the curse of the amulet before leaving the table; Gabi asks if she really said “curse.”  Chad shows her the amulet and explains; after he tells Gabi about his plane having engine trouble, Gabi tells him he needs to get rid of the amulet right now.  He gets a phone call; she takes the amulet out of the box and gets a creepy feeling.  JJ steps off the plane to make a phone call; Eli sits down.  Lani tells Eli that she thinks he and Gabi could be good together; he decides to go look for her.  Chad comes back to the table and asks Gabi if she wants to go take an actual tour of the town; she says that sounds nice and they go.

JJ and Lani talk on the plane; things start to get romantic, but JJ puts the brakes on.  He tells Lani if it happens, he wants it to be perfect; she questions the “if” and he changes it to “when.”  Hope boards the plane; she tells them if Deimos is really working with Xander, it will take all of them to bring them in.  She suggests they go get some rest and says she’ll watch the plane; she calls Rafe.  She tells him she thinks she stopped Chad from what he was going to do there, then tells him that Deimos is there in Greece.  He tells her about Dario’s problem and wishes her luck.  As Gabi demonstrates a dance she learned from a local man, she twists her ankle; Chad picks her up and carries her back to the hotel.  When they get to his room, they see it has been trashed; a man jumps out from behind the door with a knife.
