09-06-2017 (Wednesday) Almost Home Free

Still in her office, “Marlena” sits down to read the Diagnostics Statistics Manual; she giggles at the word ‘erotomania.’  John and Marlena are still holding hands through the vent; they talk about how they plan to get out of there.  John says the orderly will be back soon; he has an idea.  When the orderly comes in, John pretends to still be wearing his jacket; the man turns to lock the door behind him and John jumps on him, throwing off his jacket.  He wrestles the man down to the ground, runs and opens Marlena’s door and tells her to go, but then the orderly tazes John; Marlena goes to him, as he lay, quivering on the floor.  The next time we see them, they are each bound with ropes to a seat in their respective rooms; they call “Dr. Evans” and tell her the patients attempted to escape.  She says they need to take a more aggressive approach to treatment with these patients; the orderly comes in and tells Marlena that first thing tomorrow morning, she and John are beginning electroshock therapy.

Nicole and Brady wait to pick up Holly; Nicole is so excited, she is nervous.  She asks what if the judge changes his mind; Brady assures her he won’t.  She asks how he knows that nothing will go wrong; he tells her just to trust him, he just knows.  They bring Holly to Nicole; she waits for the doctor to examine Holly, per court orders.  Brady goes to see “Marlena” and tells her he needs to talk to her about his dad.  She is as cold as ever, accusing him of “projecting” and claiming he must be worried about his relationship with Nicole.  He gets frustrated and leaves; she says, “that was fun.”  Eric waits with Nicole; she apologizes again for treating him so badly the past few months.  He says he will miss her at the Center; she takes his hand.  Brady comes back in to see them holding hands.  He comes in, acting as if it doesn’t bother him; Eric excuses himself.  Brady admits to Nicole that he blackmailed the judge into giving Holly back to her.  He asks if she is upset with him; she says she is overwhelmed.  She can’t believe he would do that for her; she is really safe, she realizes… unless someone finds out she killed Deimos.

Rafe and Hope get a lead; a list of GDR assets. There is an address; they believe that could be where Raines took Gabi.  They run out of the station.  Raines tells Gabi he can’t take any chances and cocks the gun, pointing it at her head; she stands up and shoves his arm away, screaming and runs.  He grabs her and pushes her back down on the couch; he holds the gun on her again and tells her that was a big mistake; Rafe, Eli and Hope burst in the door.  Eli fires, shooting Raines in the shoulder.  Hope tells Raines he is under arrest; he struggles but they get him in handcuffs.  Rafe gets mad at Eli for firing with Gabi so close to the line of fire; Eli says he is an expert marksman and wouldn’t have shot if he didn’t know he would make it.  Gabi says she believes Eli saved her life.

09-05-2017 (Tuesday) Gabi Is in Trouble

Hope repeats herself, asking Adrian if she heard what she said about Angelika being found dead in her room at the Salem Inn.  She tells “Adrian” she looks pale and asks if she is okay, mentioning that last week, she told her she had a clean bill of health.  “Adrian” says she is okay, stumbling over the words, calling it medical mumbo jumbo; she says she is healthy as a horse, then laughs about that saying.  Hope asks what’s really going on here; she tells Adrian she is concerned about her.  Justin comes in; he asks what’s going on.  Hope mentions Angelika again, saying they’ll talk about it tomorrow.  Just asks, “what about Angelika?”  “Adrian” tells him, “apparently, she dropped dead.”  Justin questions what the woman was doing in her room… and in her bed?  He says he knows she was trying to call a truce; maybe that’s why she was there.  Hope says maybe, but that doesn’t explain why she would have taken off her clothes and gotten in her bed.  “Adrian”” claims to be just as confused as they are; after Hope leaves, Justin asks “Adrian” if there is something she isn’t telling him.  She hesitates, but then swears, on their children, that she did not see Angelika last night; he questions why she would let him into the room last night when he came to get her.  She starts going on about still be embarrassed by her body, not really answering the question at all; he feels bad and stops questioning her.  He says, “this is really bizarre” though, adding that he never would have wished this on her, despite what a horrible person she was.

After Gabi hears Raines, she turns around and says she doesn’t even know what any of that was, and she’s just going to go now; he grabs her and tells her she isn’t going anywhere.  He holds a gun to her head; Eli and Rafe head to the Club to retrieve the package Dario told Rafe he sent there.  They find the tape torn and the door unlocked; they go in with guns drawn.  Nobody is there; Rafe finds Gabi’s purse on the floor and recognizes it.  Eli finds the opened envelope; Rafe says damn it.  Raines takes Gabi back to his place, I guess; he tells her his plan would have worked if it weren’t for her snitch of a brother.  He pulls out his gun again and keeps on bitching about everything Dario did; Gabi asks if he can blame Dario for running.  Raines says no, and tells her he should be afraid of him; Gabi stands up and tells Raines she isn’t afraid of him.  He tells her she should be; she says only a coward gets behind the wheel of a car and runs someone down; then she tells him that Abby has more courage then he’ll ever have.  He slaps her and knocks her onto the couch.  Rafe and Eli go back to the station; he tells JJ that Gabi never picked up Arianna from daycare.  Rafe tells Hope, “if Raine’s hurts Gabi… I swear to God.”  Hope interrupts; she says they will find her.  Raines tells Gabi he has had enough; he says she has to go.  He cocks the gun and holds it to Gabi’s head.

Steve brings Tripp into the hospital to talk to Kayla; Tripp tells her that he wants to donate all of his mother’s money to the hospital.  Kayla tells him that’s very nice, but there’s no way in hell she is going to accept it.  Tripp is stunned, and disappointed; he leaves.  Steve asks Kayla what’s going on; she tells him she saw him celebrating with Tripp earlier.  He questions her refusal of the donation; she tells him it’s “blood money” and she doesn’t want anything to do with it.  She says, “that woman cost me my son.”  He tells her how sorry he is for everything; he says he regrets all the years of Joey’s life that he missed.  Kayla reminisces and starts to cry; Steve just stands there.  He eventually hugs her, and then does his best to convince her to accept Tripp’s offer.  After some persuading, she agrees to take the donation.

Claire comes home from work early to find Theo getting out of the shower; she looks at him in the towel with a bit of desire.  He gets dressed; Claire says they need to talk about getting another roommate.  She says “Mr. Wrinkley” stopped her on the way up and said they have until Friday to pay the rent.  Theo doesn’t want to talk about it; a knock comes to the door.  Theo answers it; it’s Tripp.  He tells them that he is moving; since he’s donating all of his money to charity, he says, he has to cut expenses and find a cheaper place to live.  Claire smiles; she tells him she knows the perfect place for him to live, and suggests he move in there with her and Theo.  Theo stands behind him, looking irritated; Claire just smiles.  She pulls Theo aside and asks what his deal is; he admits that he is pissed.  She says the question is why… she smiles again.  Then she tells him, bluntly, they need to pay the rent, they have an empty room right now, and asks if he would rather they lose the apartment.  He concedes.  Tripp says that’s awesome and goes to pack his stuff; Claire is still smiling.  Theo says, “you like him, don’t you?”  She says yes she does, then asks again why that bothers him, if they are just friends.

09-04-2017 (No Show)

09-01-2017 (Friday) I Really Wish You Hadn't...

“Marlena” sits in her office, reviewing Andre’s report; she says (to herself) that she thinks it is quite incomplete because it says nothing of the low life con man that he is.  She laughs about him making an appointment with “Dr. Evans” for help and unbeknownst to him, “here’s Hattie!”  She composes herself and tells her receptionist to send Mr. DeMira in.  He asks, “are you ready for me?” and she answers, “oh, I am more than ready for you.”  He sits down and tells her he wants a “certificate” that says he is sane, so he can give it to Kate and get her “on board.”  Hattie says that she would have to make sure he is sane before she signs off on his certificate; after all, she reminds him, that is why he came to her, because she could never be bribed or sweet talked into doing anything unethical, being so honest and all.  Andre grunts in annoyed agreement; she goes on, bringing up why he is doing this anyway… to get all the money for himself.  She says they both know this is a complete scam; he says that has nothing to do with his mental health.  She brings up the vows to Kate being phony, and then asks how she could hurl herself at Roman being married to him nonetheless; she calls her a “skank” then tries to say she meant “skunk.”

Andre smiles and asks "Marlena" if she feels alright; she says, “too much coffee” and asks if they should proceed.  She asks, “why do you hate women?”  Andre is taken by surprise; he claims no one respects him more than he does.  She stupidly asks him, “what about Hattie Adams and the way you treated her?”  Andre looks closely at her and asks, “how do you know about her?”  She claims Hope Brady talked about meeting her in prison; she tells Hattie’s story about “Alfie” and how she was sure it was him.  She says she won’t sign his certificate until he gets an answer; he says it was business… nothing personal.  “Marlena” gets upset, saying he broke Hattie’s heart and questions how it couldn’t be personal; he smirks and says, “you are the one who seems to be taking this personal.”  He sits back in the chair.  “Marlena” composes herself and says she feels for Hattie because of their “vague resemblance” and Andre says well maybe then he should look for another doctor who isn’t so prejudice.  She insists she can be impartial and suggests they continue; he says okay, but no more talking about Hattie.  She asks about his relationship with his mother, and Andre just starts to laugh.  He starts rambling on and she eventually cuts him off; she says time is up.  She tells him he will have to come back, or go see another doctor and start from the beginning again; he concedes that he would rather have her “fair and honest” name on the certificate, and whispers, “keep me posted.”  Hattie sits back, thinking she’s fooled him and says she’ll be as fair and honest with him as he was with her.

Lucas sits at a table, talking on the phone; he thanks Chloe for calling the police for him, and mentions ‘thinking’ he was making love to Adrian; Justin appears behind him.  Lucas asks what he heard; he says just him talking about Adrian.  Justin offers friendly advice about not pining over “the woman who got away” and Lucas asks why he should listen to him when he’s the one who stole her from him.  Justin tries to explain, but Lucas says he doesn’t buy it; he runs through things in his mind quickly, and gets the idea that Justin is setting him up.  He says, “you are doing this to me, aren’t you?”  Justin looks confused.  Lucas says he is going to get Adrian back; Justin tells him that’s not going to happen, mentioning that “Adrian” moved back into Victor’s house last night.  When Lucas realizes Adrian was with Justin last night, he assumes she couldn’t have been the one he made love to then and appears to get sick to his stomach.  Justin says he only told him so he would know it was a “done deal” and could move on; Lucas thanks him, sarcastically.  Justin tells him to think of all the people who love him, including his granddaughter and he leaves; Lucas sees someone else taking a sip from a martini.

Hope and Rafe talk about Myron; Rafe worries because “the guy’s nerves aren’t exactly made of steel.”  Hope says it will be over today; they will have grounds for an arrest.  The commissioner walks in and asks what arrest Hope is talking about.  Rafe covers, saying they got a lead on another case.  Raines complains about all of the open cases they have right now; Rafe tells him they just got another one.  Hope grabs the file; “a suspicious death at the Salem Inn,” she says.  He tells them to get to work on it; Hope realizes the room was registered to Adrian Kariakis.  “Adrian” wanders around the mansion, reveling in all that would be hers; she talks to herself about “that bitch that took it” from her… Maggie walks in the room and asks what bitch?”   She tries to avoid the question by asking about Maggie’s shirt; Maggie reminds her that she helped Sonny pick it out for her last Christmas.  They sit down and Maggie insists on knowing what woman she was talking about, and what she took.  Bonnie says she was talking about Angelika Devoraugh… she says she is still mad about her trying to steal the Intruder; Maggie corrects her, “you mean the Spectator.”  She says, “oh yes, the Spectator.”  Maggie asks her to put down the ceramic statue she is still holding, saying she is making her nervous; “Adrian” asks if she has a problem with her for some reason.  Maggie says, “as a matter of fact, I do.”

Hope begins to wonder about Adrian suddenly dumping Lucas and going back to Justin; she says that was so out of character for her.  Rafe gets a call, identifying the body as Angelika Devoraugh; Hope makes the connection, telling Rafe about the newspaper and Angelika’s threat to Adrian and Jennifer.  She says they may not have worked things out at all.  “Adrian” asks what she has done, claiming she just wants them to be one big happy family.  Maggie says her being there was only to make Justin happy; she says Victor isn’t really happy about it.  “Adrian” calls Sonny “Jackson,” making Maggie confused again.  She points out that they both married into this family; her a Horton, Adrian a Johnson… she says, “Lucas is a Horton, which makes him family” and she says she wants to know why Adrian treated him so horribly.  She says she isn’t mad that she chose Justin; she is angry about the way she did it.  “Adrian” gets snotty and says, “the heart wants what it wants - I used to love Lucas, and now I love Justin.”  Maggie questions how she knows her heart won’t just change back; “Adrian” asks if this is really about Justin or the fact that she wants to be the only “queen of this castle.”  Maggie is astounded; Justin walks in and asks if everything is okay.  Adrian makes light of their conversation and Maggie defends herself, saying she is just worried about Lucas.  Justin tells her Lucas is “falling apart.”  Lucas sits at the table, now with a martini in front of him; he flashes back to “Adrian” telling him it is over.  He downs the drink.

Gabi goes to Club TBD; she starts to unlock the door and somebody grabs her.  It’s Eli; he tells her she was about to break the law.  She tells him what she knows about what Dario was doing and asks what else she needs to know; he tells her he can’t tell her anything.  She apologizes, saying she is just not her best these days; she says she isn’t having fun walking around knowing all the things Dario did to people, including Abigail.  Eli sits down; she says he must think she deserves what she’s gotten (Chad walking away from her).  He says, “no, I don’t think that at all.”   He tells her, he watched them on the island and there is no doubt Chad loved her; she says she knows that… he just loved Abby more.  Eli tells her she will love again too, and “whoever that guy is, he will be a lucky man.”  Rafe gets a call; things are “set to go” – he says, “text Raines and tell him to meet you at Club TBD.”  He and Hope ‘high-five’ each other.  Raines comes back asking about the body at the Salem Inn; they tell him who it was and that she was Jennifer’s mother-in-law.  He gets a call; he says he will be right there.  Raines tells them to interview Adrian Kariakis as soon as possible, reminding them they get paid to follow orders.

Hope goes to Victor’s; “Adrian” assumes she is there to see Maggie about Lucas, but Hope tells her she is there to see her, about an investigation.  “Adrian” questions what investigation; Hope tells her about Angelika being found dead in her hotel room.  Bonnie just grins.  Rafe gets a call from Dario, who tells him it’s not Abe; Rafe says they know that (speaking quietly).  He then questions, “what?” with a look of shock on his face.  Gabi is back at the Club now; a delivery man shows up with a package for Dario (from Dario); Gabi says she can sign for it.  She then wonders what he would have sent himself; she opens the door and goes in (ignoring Eli’s reminder that it would be breaking the law), stepping right under the crime tape.  Rafe tells Eli about his conversation with Dario; he tells him about the package he sent to TBD, which incriminates Raines.  Eli says it looks like they are home free; Gabi opens the envelope and plays the recorder, listening to Raines talk about the counterfeit money.  She hears a voice say, “I really wish you hadn’t heard that.”  She turns around to see Raines standing there.

08-31-2017 (Thursday) Nightmares and Fairytales

Lani and JJ talk; (JJ looks pretty good with that scruff on his face).  They make up stories about how they met and laugh about how much fun they have together; the bell rings… break is over.  They kiss and make a date for tomorrow, and the tomorrow after that, and after that (still kissing).

Tripp comes into Brady’s Pub; he apologizes again to his father for all he’s done and says he would understand if he never wanted to see him again, and says maybe he should leave town.  Steve tells him although it’s painful, he is not going to abandon him; he says he loves him and always will, adding nothing will change that.  He tells Tripp that he reminds him a lot of himself; he says they Johnsons have a habit of running away from their problems.  He tells him that he believes he can regain Kayla’s trust; Tripp agrees to stay.  Theo and Claire clean the apartment; Claire says her grandmother told her cleaning house helps you clear things up in your mind.  They start talking about Joey when they find a hat of his; then they start discussing the rent and decide that maybe they need another roommate.  Claire suggests Tripp, saying he might not want to be alone right now; Theo brings up the fact that he tried to hurt Joey’s family and Claire comes to Tripp’s defense.  Theo asks her if she likes him; she asks Theo if he is jealous (and smiles).  Valerie shows up with some groceries for the kids; they are still playfully arguing about whether or not Theo is jealous.  After Claire leaves, Valerie asks Theo if he might actually be jealous; he says he doesn’t know.  Claire calls someone and thanks them for their advice, telling them that she thinks it may have worked.

Tripp tells his dad that he has decided he doesn’t want his mother’s blood money and is going to donate it all to Salem University Hospital; Steve is happy to hear that.  They have a beer and Steve toasts to the donation Tripp is making, saying he thinks Kayla will be happy about it.  Kayla walks in to see them clicking glasses; she turns around and leaves.Kayla talks to Valerie at the hospital; she says she’s sorry for what she’s going through.  Valerie says it’s not her; it’s that what is happening to Abe is so terribly wrong.  Kayla tells her he may be released today; Valerie says Raines just seems so set on seeing him convicted.  She asks Kayla if she’s talked to Joey; Kayla says he hasn’t been allowed any phone calls yet.  She says she hates not being able to help him; Valerie hugs her.

Nicole asks what the judge knows; the judge comes out and says he can answer that.  He tells her the foster mother told him that she violated the order to stay away from Holly; Brady defends her but Nicole admits she did approach Holly in the Square.  She explains, she was crying.  The judge calls a recess.  As Nicole and Brady stroll through the park with Eric, Nicole tries to explain to Brady why she didn’t tell him about seeing Holly.  Brady says he needs to go do something; he says he’ll be back before the judge calls them back in.  Nicole worries that Brady is angry with her again; Eric tells her it will be okay, reminding her how much Brady loves her.  He says she has made up for all of her mistakes from the past; Nicole says that’s not exactly true.

Brady walks into the judge’s chambers; the judge protests, saying this is highly unusual.  Brady says he doesn’t care and tells the judge he is going to give Nicole her baby back, or he will “destroy” him (wow).  The judge picks up the phone, threatening to throw him in jail; Brady tells him he knows that he took a bribe from his Uncle Deimos, who is now dead.  He says if he doesn’t return the baby right now, he will plaster his face all over the media and expose him for the lying hypocrite that he is.  As Eric and Nicole sit and talk, waiting for Brady to come back, she tells him she is actually grateful he is back in her life again, as a friend; she tells him that she wants to be honest with him because he deserves it.  Her mind flashes to Brady telling her she cannot tell Eric that she killed Deimos; Justin shows up and tells her the judge is ready for her again.  The judge tells Nicole that although she broke the law by defying the order, he says, he finds that he cannot hold that against her and orders the baby returned to her custody, effective immediately.

08-30-2017 (Wednesday) See You At the Club

Chloe makes the call to 911 (while standing in the park), reporting a dead body in Adrian’s apartment; she gives the room number, but refuses to give her name.  She turns around to find Eric standing right behind her.  She asks what he heard; he says just something about her not wanting any trouble.  She tells him some lie about Dario and not wanting to get involved; she asks what he decided about his feelings for Nicole.  Nicole and Brady go for a run; he tells her Deimos can’t hurt her anymore.  She says she could still lose Holly because of him; she asks what happens if it comes out that she killed Deimos.  She brings up the bribe Deimos made with the judge; Brady says the deal died with Deimos.  They discuss whether or not they should tell Justin; Justin walks in.  He tells Nicole that her court date has been moved up; they are to meet the judge in his chambers today.  He calls Eric to testify about her community service; Chloe shows up to court with Eric, wishes Nicole well and leaves.  Eric watches, as Nicole and Brady share a kiss, after discussing what they will do when they get Holly back.  Justin comes out and tells Nicole, “the judge knows what you did.”  She looks at Brady in horror.

“Marlena” says she didn’t do anything to John, claiming her heart is broken too; Paul asks her why she kissed Roman Brady.  He then tells her that was the last time anyone saw John; she says, “hmmm.”  He questions her response.  She says he should “take it like a man” and Paul tells her she is being extremely selfish; she says, “onward and upward,” to which Paul is astonished.  He says that doesn’t sound like her at all; she claims to just be a little bit frazzled.  He asks again about the last time she saw his dad; she describes their conversation and claims that John said he was going on another ISA mission.  Paul knows she is lying.  He tells her they work together and John would never leave without telling him; she says she doesn’t know what to tell him.  She asks why he looks so sad; he says the last time John left for a mission, he had asked him to go – so he feels it’s his fault they broke up.  She tells him, it wasn’t just the last mission, it was the one before that, and the one before that; she says it’s three times and he’s out.  She’s “calling this game.”  She gets up and leaves.

John talks Marlena through a mind exercise, telling her to imagine being in his arms again; she does.  John tells Marlena that he thinks he’s come up with an idea about how to get out of there; she smiles.  He tells her his plan, saying he has a few tricks up his sleeve; he tells her he is going to “bust” them out of there today.  He manages to wiggle out of his straight jacket, then talks Marlena through the procedure; it is difficult for her, but she finally succeeds.  He considers a plan to get her out of her room; she says maybe he should just go and get the police and come back for her.  She says she can’t wait to be in his arms again; he tells her he may have a way to make that happen… he stares at the vent cover.  He reaches his hand through the slats and tells her to do the same; their fingers touch.

Hope and Rafe find Myron at the Club; Rafe tells him, they are on to him.  They tell him they know Raines cam to see him yesterday and they want to know what he said to him; Myron says he just wants to see Dario’s records.  Rafe tells him to ‘fess up, asking what he was really talking to Raines about.  They get him to admit that Raines wants him to manufacture evidence against Abe; they tell him to do exactly as Raines has asked of him.  Myron is shocked and asks if this isn’t entrapment; Rafe assures him it isn’t, since Raines is the one who made the request.  Myron tries to leave, but Hope takes his keys; she goes to talk to him, alone.  Hope tells Myron she knows he isn’t a bad guy; she promises him, if he helps them, he will get a second chance.  He says okay; they shake hands.

Chloe goes to the Club and finds Rafe; she says she is kind of looking for a job (singing) but he tells her all of Dario’s assets have been frozen.  He gets a call about a dead body; when he turns around to talk, she disappears out the door.  Raines comes into Lani’s office and asks if she has something to say to him; she tells him, she wants to apologize.  She tells him she isn’t investigating the case, just hoping her father is exonerated.  JJ tells Raines that he isn’t so sure Abe is innocent; he says if he had anything to do with running his sister down, he deserves to rot.  JJ tells Raines if there is anything he can do to help with the case, just to let him know.  JJ explains to Lani that he is just trying to get Raines to trust him; Raines comes in and tells JJ he has to go to a meeting and he leaves JJ in charge.  JJ tells Lani, he thinks his plan is working.  Hope and Rafe come back and tell them that Raines is about to dig his own grave; Raines makes a call to Myron.  He says he’s at the Club; Myron said he had to run some errands.  Raines asks if everything is still a go; Myron says, “yes sir, almost ready.”

08-29-2017 (Tuesday) Waking With the Dead

Chad wheels Abigail back into her room; she thanks him for ‘taking her out to breakfast’ and he laughs that going to the cafeteria is not exactly going out.  They discuss her current marital status and Chad tells her he can’t wait for her to be his wife again; they kiss.  Abby calls Justin; he tells her it should only be a matter of weeks before they can push the divorce through.  They discuss setting a date for their wedding; Chad texts Sonny.

Andre hands Kate the results from his psychiatric evaluation; she asks if he got it from the “all night car wash and mental health clinic.”  He tells her to read it, laughs when she reads “of sound mind” and says she doesn’t believe it; he tells her the board will believe it, and her reign as CEO will be down to hours.  Kate continues to review the paperwork and then scoffs at the doctor’s name; she says the board will be able to see right through this, and throws it back at him as she exits the room.  He goes to Brady’s Pub, where he sees “Marlena” and says hello; she tells him she is glad to hear Chad is out of jail, remarking that he isn’t a hardened criminal like the rest of them.  Andre insists he has changed; “Marlena” tells him he will never make up for all he has done.  He is confused when she tells him she is going to make him pay.  Kate goes to see Chad in Abby's hospital room, taking papers on an acquisition the company just made; he signs everything and tells her he is impressed with her abilities.  Kate tells Abigail she is happy for them, and leaves; Abby tells Chad she just found the place for them to have their wedding.

Sonny and Paul wake up in bed together; Sonny says he can’t believe he gets to do this every day for the rest of his life.  Sonny gets a text from his brother, Alexander; Paul gets no reply from his father yet.  He tells Sonny he is starting to get worried about him; Marlena tells John that his voice is the only thing keeping her going right now.  John says they need to make Hattie come back to them so they can get some answers from her; the guard comes in and asks Marlena who she is talking to.  She says she is talking to herself; he tells her she is going to be kept isolated indefinitely.  Hattie gets a call from Bonnie, concerned about being connected to Angelika’s death.  Hattie tells her not to worry, saying she took care of everything.

Lucas wakes up and sees blonde hair (from the back), smiles as he realizes it wasn’t a dream, and hugs the woman he thinks is Adrian.  He gets worried when he feels how cold she is; he rolls her over and gasps when he not only realizes it isn’t Adrian, but it is Angelika Devoraugh.  He tries to wake her up, telling her this isn’t funny, and then screams when he realizes she is dead.  He panics, begins to get dressed and then makes a phone call; he says, “hey, it’s me… I need your help.”  Chloe shows up; he lets her in.  He tries to explain the situation; Chloe asks him what he’s done.  After some discussion, and Lucas’ plea that his mother not found out about this, Chloe agrees to make an anonymous call to ‘911’ and tells him to get out of there.  She says they can’t just leave her there for the maid to find, like an empty pizza box; he kisses her, says he loves her, tells her she’s the best and says he owes her as he runs out the door.

Andre tells “Marlena” that he needs a second opinion on his psychiatric evaluation; he explains the situation with his standing at DeMira Enterprises, and then mentions Roman and Kate “having an affair.”  Hattie (upset about the news of Roman kissing another woman) agrees to do his evaluation and tells him to call her office to make an appointment.  Sonny and Paul come in to see Abigail; they announce that they have found the location for their wedding, which happens to be the same church Abigail just decided on, and they have picked the same day.  They make the decision to have the double wedding Abigail suggested the other day; Paul says as long as he gets to marry Sonny, he doesn’t care how it happens.  It’s agreed.  Andre sulks to himself, saying Kate is going to get exactly what she deserves; Hattie talks to herself, saying it’s that “tramp Kate” the reason Roman didn’t kiss her back.  Paul approaches the table; he tells “Marlena” that he just found out the rotten thing she did to his dad.  Abigail takes her first few steps since the accident, as she hums the wedding march; she falls into Chad’s arms.
