Victor asks “Adrian” what the hell she thinks she is doing; she retracts her hand from his leg.  She apologizes and says she just needed to talk; he tells her she should call a priest.  She laughs and says he just gets mean because he doesn’t like intimacy; he tells her he doesn’t like her, and that’s it.  Justin answers the door; it’s the recently released prisoner, Sheila, with Adrian’s message.  She tells him it’s kind of a long story and asks to come in; she verifies that he is Justin Kariakis.  “Adrian” keeps bothering Victor and he hollers for Justin to get her out of there; Justin walks in the door, with Adrian’s messenger.  She and Bonnie, both, and the same time, say, “what are you doing here?”  Justin says, “this woman says she knows you.”  “Adrian” says they’ve met; she says she’s interviewing for a job as a maid and they need to discuss her salary.  She jumps up and takes the woman out of the room; the woman is amazed at how much she really looks like Adrian Kariakis.  Bonnie fesses up and asks the woman what she wants; she shows her the card that Adrian asked her to give to Justin.  Bonnie tells her she can’t give it to him; Sheila takes it back and says, “to hell I can’t.”  Bonnie says she will triple whatever Adrian offered her; the woman says she’s listening.  When they come back into the room, Sheila simply asks where the vacuum is.

Chad questions why Marlena would have Andre committed like that; Kate says, the logical explanation is that the man is insane.  Andre recalls the process of his commitment; he prays, to God, “please, get me out of here.”  Chad asks Kate if she was scheming with Andre; she says no.  He says he just doesn’t understand why Marlena would do this so publicly, it just doesn’t make sense; he says he is going to talk to Andre.  Kate stops him; she tells him Andre was out to get her too.  Abby brings up all Andre did to help her; she says he had changed.  She says she believed that he really had changed, and wanted to be part of the family again; but she was wrong she says.  Kate says even though Marlena shouldn’t have done it that way, they can’t turn a blind eye to Marlena’s evaluation.  Chad agrees; he says they will get Andre the help he needs, but they need to do damage control.  Kate tells him the board is upset; they are going to have a fight on their hands.

John and Marlena are taken in the procedure room and strapped down to tables; the nurse tells Marlena she is just doing her job, following “Dr. Evans’ orders.”  Roman tells Paul about Hattie’s past with Andre, previously impersonating Marlena.  He thinks about the way she got rid of Andre right now; he says if she wanted John and Marlena out of the way, she might have also had them committed.  He says they need to pay a visit to Bayview Sanitarium; they head out.  The nurse comes in and says it’s time to get started; “ladies first.”  She starts putting electrodes on Marlena’s forehead.  Just as she finishes, Paul and Roman burst into the room; the nurse tells them she hasn’t started yet.  They are only sedated; Roman tells Marlena they are there.  She thanks them.  Marlena asks where Hope is; Paul tells her she went to talk to Hattie.“Marlena” asks Hope if this is some kind of a joke; Hope says, “oh no Hattie, this is no joke.”

Hattie denies her identity; she says, “I am Marlena.”  Hope tells her she knows it’s her; she reminds her that they are friends.  She tells Hattie she needs a friend right now, and insists she needs to undo what she’s done.  Hope closes the door; she says she knows all of her secrets from Statesville.  Hattie says she has no idea what Hope is talking about; she picks up her suitcase, apparently without zipping it and all of Hattie’s clothes fall out.  Hattie falls the floor crying; Hope bends down and picks up one of her shirts.  Hattie cries, “don’t touch my stuff.”  Hope touches Hattie; she asks Hope if she hates her now.  Hope tells her she could never hate her; she saved her life.  She tells Hattie she needs to tell her what she did with John and Marlena.  She calls and finds out that Roman and Paul got there in time.  Hattie asks Hope if she thinks Roman hates her now; Hope is stunned that she is worrying about Roman after putting two people’s lives in danger.

Hattie realizes how obsessive she has been and apologizes; Hope says maybe she should have come back to town as Hattie.  Hattie says that is what she should have done.  She asks Hope if she can just let her go… look the other way; Hope says she can’t do that.  Hattie tells her to do what she needs to do then; Hope puts her arm around her, sitting beside her on the bed, and lovingly begins to recite her Miranda Rights.  Hattie joins in; they recite it together.  Back at the sanitarium, a nurse tells another patient, who is also strapped to a bed, that they had some excitement with some of the other patients, but the nurse will be right in; he forgets the keys on the bedside table.  The patient reaches over and grabs the keys.  We don’t see this patient’s face.h
