Dario comes ‘home’ to
find Abby sleeping; she wakes up and tells him she’s sorry for canceling her
trip to get the divorce. He says it’s
alright; he understands that she couldn’t do it while Chad was missing. She gets a text from JJ, letting her know
they are alright; she gets a text Chad asking to see her. Rafe brings Ariana to Gabi, who is with Chad
at the mansion; he asks why she had him bring Ari’s stuff there. Dario tries to call Gabi and leaves her a
message. Abby tells Dario she is going
to take Thomas over to see his dad; he asks to go with her, but she says she
thinks she should go alone. Rafe waits
for an answer; Chad and Gabi explain that they realized while they were on the
island that they wanted to be together… so they are together, they say. Rafe inquires about Abby; Chad says he is
over her, and she’s moved on.
Sonny runs into Deimos at the hospital; he tells him once he is in charge of Titan, he is going to crush him. Deimos tells him, it’s okay that he has Titan; he says HE is building something bigger and more dangerous than he ever could imagine. He doesn’t give any details, but tells Sonny declaring war on him was the biggest mistake of his life; Deimos starts bad-mouthing Paul. Sonny tells him he better stop, grabs him by the shirt and says he’s not afraid of him. Deimos grabs Sonny by the face, with both hands, and tells him he should be; he pushes Sonny to the ground, telling the hospital staff it’s okay, adding it’s just a family disagreement. The amulet falls out of Sonny’s pocket; he grabs it before Deimos sees it. Marlena comes out and tells Sonny that she believes Paul is going to be okay, saying, he still has a ways to go, but they are hopeful; he tells her that almost losing him on the island, made Sonny realize how much he loves Paul.
Rafe tells Hope that Gabi was WITH Chad, as in with, with; she says that’s not good. She says, as far as she knows, he is not over Abigail. Abigail shows up at the mansion with Thomas; she hugs Gabi and tells her that she should probably call Dario because he’s worried about her. Gabi tells them to text her if they need anything for Ariana; Chad tells Abigail that they need to talk about some stuff, and she says, “yeah, we do.” Gabi tells Dario that she and Chad came back together; he tells her that he is really happy for her. He tells her that he and Abigail are together; in fact, he says, “we are getting married.” She playfully shoves him and says, “get the hell out.” Abigail says she can see that their time on the island wasn’t all bad; he tells her not to be that way. She says it’s okay, telling him that she just needs him to sign the divorce papers as soon as possible; she tells him that she and Dario are getting married. He acts pissed and she asks him what the hell it matters to him, since he is with Gabi; he calls his lawyer, saying we’ll do this as soon as we can. Chloe tells Nicole that she realized, as she was heading out of town, that she was driving the wrong direction; she says if she kept going, she would have been taking Holly to the wrong home. She says, there with Nicole, is where Holly’s home is; she begins to cry, as she tells Nicole how sorry she is for taking her child from her. She tells her she deserves to be her mother. She says she can see how much she loves her; Nicole says she knows Chloe loves her too. Chloe begins to cry again; she says yeah - and love can make you do crazy things and cloud your judgment, but it can also make you do the right thing. She tells Nicole she is her mother… her only mother. Nicole can’t believe it; Chloe says she will sign over legal custody and do everything she can to fix this. She apologizes to Brady, saying it’s not right, he almost died; he tells her it’s over. Nicole calls this a miracle; Chloe says it’s not – it’s just her doing what she should have done all along. She hands Holly to Nicole; Nicole starts to cry. She tells Chloe thank you; Chloe says she is sorry for everything she put them through, but Nicole insists she gave them a gift and tells her she can be a part of Holly’s life, always. Brady goes with Chloe to get the rest of Holly’s things from the car; he tells her that was amazing, calling it the hardest decision a mother could ever make. He says he is proud of her, saying that nothing that happened matters any more; she admits that she is going to miss her more than she can say, adding that Parker will miss her too. Brady hugs her.
