Nicole spends most of this episode sitting at a
table in the bar, talking to Dario about her predicament and remembering the
encounter between her and Diemos. Good
news, bad news, she tells him… the good news is that Diemos may very well be
dead – the bad news, if they find his body, she is going to prison. Kate pays Aiden for phony marriage
certificate documentation; a good sum, which he plans to use to help Chase get
out of prison. They wish each other
luck. Aiden runs into Rafe in the
square and brags that Hope has gone out of town to figure out if she could give
him another chance. He’s pretty much an
ass about it. He then goes to the
hospital and tells Chase that he is going to have him change his plea to Not
Guilty by Reason of Insanity; Chase agrees.
Hope comes back from her trip within a day and announces that she has
figured things out; she talks with Ciara, then Rafe, then Aiden – to my dismay,
the tells Ciara she might want to give things with Aiden another try and asks
if that would bother her (Ciara takes it almost too cool, telling her she just
wants her to be happy, even though she wishes Rafe were the one). Then Hope goes and tells Rafe how happy she
is that he’s always been there for her, but she just has to see if there
is anything still there between her and Aiden.
Come on, are you kidding me??
She has this beautiful, sweet, loving relationship with a man who is
already her best friend… and she’s going to throw it away to “see” if there is
something still there with Aiden?
Unbelievable! Now he’ll go
around with this cocky ‘I won’ attitude and Rafe is going to be sulking but
still trying to be Hope’s friend because that’s the kind of guy he is. Can’t we ever have a real-for-real TRUE LOVE
story in a soap opera anymore? Not
happy about this one either guys.
Guess
what else? Diemos lays on the
edge off the riverbank, bloody and battered (but not dead). Kate’s in for a surprise. Of course, Nicole is probably going to be
arrested and put through hell before Diemos bothers making his reappearance, as
if she hasn’t been through enough already.

Steve and Joey come to find
Kayla, only to be told that she and John went looking for them – Steve asks
Fynn how she’s been feeling, then tells Joey that she hasn’t been feeling
well. He explains to Joey about the
hemotoma Kayla sustained when Ava whacked her over the head. Kayla and John walk into the commune; Simone
greets them and says she should talk to the boy’s father more. She tells Kayla Joey was arrested.
The scene flashes to the police station; Rafe does not believe Nicole did this. Nicole waits in the interrogation room; she recalls her conversation with Diemos, where he tells her that she would have been bored with Daniel. She feels bad for failing Victor and Maggie, thinking she probably should have killed Diemos… as the memory continues, it’s Kate now doing the recollecting. She tells Diemos to go to hell, and pushes him hard. He hits his head on the tree and stumbles over the cliff. She sits down with her drink, smiling. She thinks she’s won. Nicole calls Belle to represent her.
Rafe comes in to question Nicole, off the record. Nicole figures out that Kate is setting her up. Kayla chews Joey out over the phone, then turns to Jade and Simone… she asks what kind of a woman she is, allowing these children to steal and get high. Imone tells Kayla an outsider knows nothing of their ways, their process – she can’t criticize what she knows nothing about. She tells Kayla that Joey veered from the family code, having a lapse in judgment; she claims this is a place of peace and tranquility. Kayla tells her the desert heat has fried this lady’s brain; /? Belle arrives. After talking to Nicole, a deposition is held; Ramon, Rafe, Belle and Nicole sit at the table as Nicole tells her story. Belle demands her release; they agree, but tell Nicole not to leave town.

Wednesday 06-08-2016 ALL ABOUT HOPE
Hope talks to Bo for quite
a while. Then she says it hurts too
much and tells him to go, but he doesn’t.
He makes her smile. Then he
takes her to the door; it opens – another ghost apparently, Larry. He asks for a drink and goes to pour himself
one. She tells him to get out; he says
she wants him here. She seems to
despise him… says he took her innocence, her girlhood. She says she is past this, she is over it; and orders
him out again.
After shoving him out the door, Hope recalls back in the day; she and Bo as young adults. They seem to bicker a lot; she bit him! They broke up a time or two, I’m assuming; now Hope recalls Stefano’s death. She feels as if she sold her soul the day she shot him; Bo asks what she’s going to do about that. Stefano appears, mocking her. She thinks she needs to turn herself in; Bo points out that puts Rafe and Roman at risk. They covered up her crime.
Then Stefano disappears, and someone else walks in the door. Its Hope’s son, Zach. They hug. She admires him – he’s pleased she recognizes him. She says she saw him every day of her life, imagining him growing up. He asks her to go take a walk on the beach; she opens the door and stands face-to-face with herself. Bo talks to her and she realizes no matter what has happened she is still here; and she can be amazing. But she says, she needs to do something first. She kisses Bo and he says its time. She asks for one last dance… music plays; they waltz. He disappears; Hope wakes up from this dream and decides that she is ready to go. She takes her suitcase and leaves.

Hope walks into another
house? Puts groceries away. Roman tells Kate they are having search
and rescue drag the river; so far, no body.
He doesn’t appear to believe Kate’s story; Kate swears she saw Nicole
push him over the edge, dropping her camera just before it happened. Ciara comes back to hear the baby crying;
Chad is passed out cold with the monitor by his ear. Maggie tells Nicole she should have know she wouldn’t want any of
this. Rafe’s mom announces that she is
having some one come and stay for a while; ask for help cleaning out the spare
bedroom. Rafe’s mother asks him to stay
and welcome her friend who is coming to stay; he says he has nothing better to
do.
Justin checks in with Aiden; listens to his proposal to get Chase out of jail, taking it under consideration. Roman asks Kate for more details; Victor chews out Nicole, telling her he knew he couldn’t count on her. She is mad for Maggie’s sake. Justin gets a letter, a test, from Diemos; he destroys it as instructed. When Kate mentions Diemos wanting to take Nicole for a mistress on the side, Roman tells her that sounds like motive. He promises her he will get to the bottom of it. Ciara brings Chad in a sandwich; she admits that she feels better with Chase in the hospital, helpless, asking if that makes her a bad person. This must be their old house; Hope walks around looking at all the pictures of her a Bo, then decides to make a pro and con list. That’s actually a good idea;-),

Ciara suggests that she try to go talk to Abigail; Chad says that would be great… Ciara adds that she would do anything for him. Kate asks Aiden to forge her a marriage certificate, dated yesterday, offering him a quarter of a million dollars in cash. Roman comes to the bar to get Nicole; she is being taken in to the station to be questioned about Deimos’ death.
