Victor complains that they
only have cranberries because Sonny likes it; he’s mad that he isn’t going to
show up. He is happy when Brady shows
up though; Philip asks Brady how he’s doing.
He says he’s fine, asking why he shouldn’t be. He tells them that he isn’t going to fall off the wagon; he goes
to put Tate down for a nap. He tells
Tate that they don’t need Teresa; he won’t have to see her or think about her
because she chose not to be there. He
says they will be okay. When he comes
down, he gets in a fight with Philip; Philip says his frame of mind is screwing
with the company – Brady is pissed because he and Diemos made a decision
without him. Philip tells him he and
Tate are better off with Teresa gone, calling her a drug-addicted mess; Brady
punches Philip HARD in the stomach.
Maggie asks what is wrong with him; Diemos tells Philip he was supposed
to be calming Brady down. He says
that’s impossible; Diemos tells them they are going to work together whether
they like it or not. He tells Philip he
has to let go of his petty, juvenile jealousy and demands an acknowledgement;
Philip remembers his conversation with Chloe about the baby actually being
Nicole and Daniel’s. Diemos talks to
Nicole on the phone; he says he misses her and wishes her well. Maggie is glad they got back together. Brady sits in the chapel recalling Philip’s
words… Marlena shows up. He asks why he
keeps making the same mistake again and again, saying Teresa was in trouble and
he didn’t see it; she says Teresa didn’t want him to see it. He thinks he could have done something,
still. He doesn’t understand how she
could walk away from her son, and he knows there is something she wasn’t
telling him. Maggie asks if he wants
Victor to look for her; Brady says no, she’s gone. He says he has to accept that.
Gabi talks to Chad about loosing
Will, saying it’s hard knowing Arianna won’t have her father in her life; she
says that’s one thing they have in common, having kids who’ve lost one of their
parents at an early age. JJ hugs Abigail
and tells her how happy he is to see her; he asks her why she is hiding up
there. He tries to persuade her to come
down but she won’t; he says he is going to tell Chad. Jennifer heads him off at the bottom of the stairs and tells him
not to say a word. She takes him out of
the door and insists he not tell anyone he saw Abigail; JJ doesn’t understand
why not. Gabi and Chad wonder why JJ
and Jennifer went outside to talk; they discuss whether they should check on
them or not. Gabi says it seems like
they wanted some privacy. Jennifer
finally explains that Abigail is terrified of the real world and doesn’t want
anyone to know; if they push her, she is afraid Abby will have another
breakdown. Abigail decides she needs to
go and starts packing her bag. When
they come in, Chad asks Jennifer and JJ if everything is alright; Jennifer
can’t even look at him. JJ says
everything is okay; Jennifer claims there was a rat in the attic and she
overreacted. JJ suggests that Chad and
Gabi take the kids to the park to play, while he takes care of the rat. Gabi and Chad agree to leave, even though
they both know that JJ and Jennifer are keeping something from them. At the park, Gabi tells Chad that she doesn’t
want to lose him as a friend and she’s glad he understands about JJ. JJ goes upstairs to talk to Abigail and doesn’t
see her; a window is open. He looks out
but doesn’t see her, she steps out from behind the boxes and says she just
wanted to make sure he was alone. JJ
asks why Abigail doesn’t want to tell Chad she is alive; she says because he’s
moved on with Gabi. JJ is stunned.
Eduardo
shows up at Kate’s with a bottle of wine; she says he just made her day
considerably better. He asks how the
wedding was and she playfully tells him like every other wedding in Salem;
something happened. She tells him of
the events and says she hopes Lucas comes to her senses while Adrian can’t make
up her mind. Eduardo asks Kate what she
did to get the ex to interrupt the wedding; she swears she did nothing to
interfere with it. Eduardo gets a call
from Diemos; the first shipment came through with no problem from customs. Eduardo asks how his Thanksgiving was;
Diemos says, the good thing about prison is no family hoidays. Kate inquires about the phone call; Eduardo
tells her that all is good, adding that he has teamed up with Titan for
shipping merchandise into Salem. She asks
if he didn’t think to give DeMira a chance to counter-offer; he says it all
happened too quickly. Kate says that’s
okay; she tries not to mix business with pleasure anyway. Eduardo is tired of talking and he puts the
moves on; they kiss
